The pillow
Who is Knoggin for?
People who train: rugby, football, lifting, golf, anything that leaves you needing a proper night's recovery. It was designed with contact-sport players in mind, but it works for anyone who wants their head and neck held in line while they sleep.
How is it different from a normal pillow?
A normal pillow lets your head sink wherever it lands. Knoggin is contoured memory foam with two support heights, so your neck stays in line with your spine all night, whichever way you sleep.
Which height should I use?
Side sleepers usually prefer the 10 cm side; back sleepers the 7 cm side. Try each for a night and you'll know. To switch, just turn the pillow round.
How long does it take to get used to?
Most people settle in within 3–5 nights. Memory foam also softens slightly with body heat, so give it a week before you judge it. You've got 60 nights.
What size is it?
50 × 30 cm. It fits in a standard pillowcase.
Can I wash it?
The cover unzips and machine-washes at 30°C. Spot-clean the foam only.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 1–3 working days for processing, then up to 20 working days for delivery. Every order is quality-checked and packed before it's sent.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to start showing movement, which is normal.
Where do you deliver?
Right now we deliver to the UK, and delivery is free.
Ordering as a Christmas present?
Order by 1 December to give it the best chance of arriving in time.

How does the 60-night trial work?
Sleep on it for up to 60 nights. If it's not for you, email us with your order number and we'll arrange a full refund.
What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
Manufacturing faults for 2 years from purchase. If something's wrong with your pillow, get in touch and we'll put it right.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away.
