Built for the night after

You train for two hours.

Questions? Answers.

Which height should I sleep on?

Side sleepers usually prefer the 10 cm side; back sleepers the 7 cm side. Try each for a night and you’ll know.

How long does it take to get used to?

Most people adjust within 3–5 nights. Give it a week before judging. You’ve got 60.

Can I wash it?

The cover unzips and machine-washes at 30°C. Spot-clean the foam only.
